Welcome to the Legal Week Litigation Forum 2009

Legal Week is delighted to announce the 5th annual Litigation Forum. With litigation on the rise, this one-day conference will bring together litigation experts from the UK, Europe and the United States to discuss experiences and latest developments in the sector.

This year’s wide-ranging programme will allow attendees to hear from experts on issues such as funding models, class actions and limits on disclosure. The economic climate means topics such as financial services disputes, fraud and corruption and risk management will also be central to the debate.

The conference will offer the opportunity to hear more about the cost review currently being undertaken by Lord Justice Jackson and the impacts it may have. In addition Jenny Rowe, chief executive at the UK Supreme Court, will introduce the new institution and its benefits to litigation and the legal profession in general.
